All we need is to verify your business performance. So we’ll ask you to connect us to your business’ existing sales platforms like Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, and Stripe. We’ll also connect to your bank and accounting software.

Before we can send you the funding, we’ll also need to verify the identity of key people in the company. We just need a couple of basic details including, a quick selfie and a photograph of an official photo ID.

Applying for a loan won't affect your personal credit score. For larger businesses, we make investment decisions exclusively based on your business information. For smaller businesses, we might need your personal credit data to help with our underwriting.

For our Term loans, we charge a fixed fee on our capital from 0.7% to 1.5% per month. The average monthly fee is 1%. There is no interest rate. You’ll know the exact total amount you are paying before you accept the offer of capital.

We typically benchmark funding amounts based on your Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR), with funding for Amazon sellers generally going up to 1-1.5x your MRR.

No. The APR for your line of credit is fixed for the duration of the term and does not change when your Draw Phase ends. If you choose to renew your facility at the end of the term, the APR may be updated at that time.

As you repay principal, that amount becomes available to draw again during the Draw Phase. In addition, your available limit may grow as your sales increase, giving you access to more funding as your business scales.

Each time you draw more funds, your outstanding balance increases. Repayments are recalculated every 14 days as a percentage of that balance. Regardless of how many draws you make, your repayment schedule remains simple and consistent, with just one repayment every 14 days.

You can view and download your schedule anytime in the Uncapped portal.

During the Draw Phase, you can access funds up to your available limit. Repayments are made every 14 days and calculated as a percentage of your outstanding balance.

When the Repayment Phase begins, you stop making new draws and simply continue with one regular repayment every 14 days. Your balance is paid down in equal installments of principal and interest over the remaining term.
