We calculate your gross revenue across the sales platforms connected to your account for each repayment period (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). Your repayment is simply that period's gross revenue multiplied by your agreed revenue share percentage. For example, if your revenue share is 12% and you made $30,000 in weekly sales, your repayment for that week would be $3,600.

Yes, is possible to sync your repayments with your Amazon payouts. Just let your funding manager know during the application and agreement stage so it can be set up accordingly. Once the agreement is signed and the funds are disbursed to your bank account, the repayment schedule is fixed and cannot be changed.

You can use your credit line for any working capital purpose, from purchasing inventory and boosting advertising to covering operating expenses or seizing new growth opportunities.

To receive funding from Uncapped, you don't need to share any business plans, cap tables, or pitch decks. All we need is to verify your business performance. Each time you draw more funds, your outstanding balance increases. Repayments are recalculated every 14 days as a percentage of that balance. Regardless of how many draws you make, your repayment schedule remains simple and consistent, with just one repayment every 14 days. During the Draw Phase, you can access funds up to your available limit. Repayments are made every 14 days and calculated as a percentage of your outstanding balance.

When the Repayment Phase begins, you stop making new draws and simply continue with one regular repayment every 14 days. Your balance is paid down in equal installments of principal and interest over the remaining term.
