If you need to change the bank account used for repayments, please first connect the correct bank account in the portal, we'll need a live connection from the new bank before we can make any changes. Once that's done, reach out to us at support@weareuncapped.com and we'll take care of the rest. We will send you a new link to set up the new bank account at Uncapped.
Please note: If you are an Amazon customer, changing your bank account with Uncapped also requires updating the bank account in your Amazon account.
